Pricing

Proof first. Pay when happy.

An accessible entry price; the value is fast delivery + a consistent set + revisions. Difficulty is quoted up front, you see a preview, and you only pay once you're happy.

Difficulty tiers

TierTrigger (any one bumps it up)
StandardOne country, ≤8 overnight stops, one-way route, no extra-work elements
Advanced9–14 stops · or 2 countries · or 1 extra-work element
Complex>14 stops · or 3+ countries · or 2+ extra-work elements · or looping back

Extra-work elements = a ferry crossing, tightly clustered stops needing a zoom inset, micro-states (Monaco, Vatican…), or landing then looping back. Assessed and quoted before you order — no surprise charges.

Where the line is

Minor
Position / style changes; where, order and palette unchanged — route curve, nudge, swap transport, edit days, add/remove capital or must-see, line weight, spelling, size / ratio, resolution / DPI.
Major
Where you go or the order changes, same trip and style — add/remove stops, swap cities or coords, reorder, trigger a new magnifier, go non-linear. = tier price ×0.6.
Restyle
Whole palette rechosen (= rebuild the Style Profile). US$175.
Redraw
A fundamentally different itinerary (new country, most stops changed) = charged as a new map.

House rules

  • Turnaround is usually 3 business days (no paid 'rush' tier).
  • 10% off for 5+ maps in one order.
  • Style Profiles are kept for free — your next map starts instantly.
  • Edits ship fresh files (social + print) at no extra charge.
  • 'One revision' = one batch: list everything once, one version ships — not per-element billing.
  • A different aspect ratio (square ↔ portrait ↔ story…) is re-framed and re-laid-out, charged as one minor edit each; resolution / DPI at the same ratio is free.

FAQ

How long does it take?

Usually 3 business days. Simpler itineraries are faster; I'll flag complex ones up front.

What should I prepare?

Countries, city order, nights per stop, transport per leg; for branding, your brand colour or a logo/business card to sample from. Send it over in any form — it will be organised into a formal brief for your confirmation before work starts.

Why pay for a branded palette?

Boutique tours sell on being unique. Your own Style Profile pins down your palette, type and framing, so every future map lands on-brand and reads unmistakably as yours.

Can I try just one map first?

Absolutely — everyone starts with one. A branded palette can be added later, and existing maps can be re-issued in the new style (billed as a restyle).

Can I print the files?

Every map ships with a high-res PNG and a vector PDF — text and lines stay crisp at poster size. Rights are clean (in-house engine + open geodata).

Who owns the files?

You do, once paid — social, print and ads are all fine. A small data-source credit stays in the corner (city coordinates © GeoNames, CC BY 4.0).

Want a difficulty quote and a preview?

Send the itinerary; I'll assess difficulty, share a preview, and you decide.
